ABOUT
About the Clark County Fire Department Rural Division
We are dedicated to protecting the communities of unincorporated Clark County
The Clark County Fire Department Rural Division is dedicated to protecting the communities of unincorporated Clark County through fire suppression, emergency medical services, and disaster response. Serving the unique needs of rural and remote areas, our division is comprised of both career and volunteer firefighters who work together to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and visitors.
The Rural Division operates in partnership with the Clark County Fire Department, providing emergency response and fire prevention services across vast and diverse landscapes. Our dedicated volunteers and career personnel respond to wildfires, medical emergencies, vehicle accidents, and structure fires in areas where resources may be limited but the need for skilled first responders remains critical.
We are committed to delivering professional, efficient, and compassionate emergency services while fostering a strong sense of community resilience. Our team works tirelessly to enhance fire safety awareness, offer life-saving training opportunities, and maintain operational readiness in all rural areas of Clark County.
Volunteer firefighters are the backbone of our rural fire protection efforts. These highly trained individuals dedicate their time to responding to emergencies, assisting with public safety education, and supporting fire prevention initiatives. The Rural Division provides ongoing training, modern equipment, and a supportive environment for those who are passionate about serving their community.
